As a member-supported nonprofit and a registered charity, we rely on our community of paid members and donors to help us further our mission. Your contributions play an essential role in supporting our ongoing efforts to foster a more diverse, approachable, and thriving game developer community in the Capital Region.
Membership Tiers
Tech Valley Game Space offers two different membership options: standard member or coworking member.
All standard members shape the future of TVGS by voting in our board and coordinator elections. In addition to providing voting rights, standard memberships also come with a number of additional perks that are outlined on the TVGS Patreon page.
Coworking members receive all of the same perks as standard members, as well as 24/7 access to our shared studio space located at 30 3rd Street in Troy, NY. This community space is a vibrant creative hub that is specifically tailored to the needs of game developers and interactive artists.
Our communal game development studio is fully equipped with a wide variety of hardware and software including VR headsets, Wacom tablets, MIDI keyboards, iPads and more. For all of your “research” needs, we also provide an extensive library of games and consoles ranging from the retro era to modern day.
